Email support@convert.express. A person reads every message. Include the job ID (on the job page, or in your AI assistant's answer) if your question is about a specific transcription.

Using convert.express from an AI assistant such as ChatGPT or Claude? Ask the assistant to send feedback to convert.express: it has a feedback tool, and the message reaches the same people.

• Every assistant you signed in with is listed on Dashboard → Bots. There you can disconnect it, connect it again, allow it to pay from your balance and set its daily spending limit.
• Jobs an assistant starts go into your account and appear under Jobs, like your own uploads.

• Some free minutes are included every day. Over them you see a preview until the transcript is paid.
• To unlock a transcript, open it under Jobs and pay by card or from your balance. Top up the balance on Dashboard → Finance.
• Prices and how the balance works: Pay as you go and the Terms of Service.

Unused balance is refunded to the original card on request. If you believe you were charged in error, write to us within 14 days. Details are in the Terms of Service.

• Uploaded files and results are deleted automatically 24 hours after your last activity on the job.
• You can delete a job sooner on its page, or ask your AI assistant to delete it.
